Now that i found out I should (and need) to have fun, what should i do? Leave the boring school and start going out every night? That would be silly, school is as important as boring, regardless of all the time I spend on books (too much, in my opinion).
So how can I have fun if I have no free time? I decided to:
1) Force myself to have some free time (for example "No homework before ..." or "No homework after ...")
2) Inspired by the guys from "The Buried Life", I wrote down a list of 100 things I wanna do before I die. I know my death (hopefully) is far away, but I want to be sure I'm having all the fun I should before it comes, and the points of the list symbolize this goal. By crossing points out of the list I realize I don't live only for books.
I'm working on #41 Go to the gym and survive for at least a month, so far I've been there 15 days,
I'm going to gym with my best friends and we have a lot of fun while making something good for our bodies, the more I go there and the more I think that hitting the gym is a great point for a list like that. Plus I go there 3 times a week so I do something that distract me from books very often but not enough to lower my school marks.  I'll tell you if I succeed ASAP, keep reading my blog for other news,
Chris.

Intro: the sense of life

What's the sense of life? Recently i've been asking this question to myself a lot. Why do we breathe? Why do our hearts beat? Sometimes life may seem something you just foud yourself inside: you take your first breathe, learn to walk and to talk, then you go to school and before you can even notice it you're deciding which work you will do but life must have a sense, it must be something more than school/work and love (for the lucky ones xD). Acording to Pythagoras life is like Olympia's parties:
Some people go there for business (live for money)
Some people go for joining the games (live for doing the work they like the most)
Some for having fun (no need to explain that one)
and some just to watch the games (the philosophers)
I think he was incredible right, even on 21st century if you think, we live for the same reasons !
In which category you belong is up to you, which one do i belong to?
To answer this question i should tell you something first:
I'm a student, and a couple of months ago i had what my friend S. calls a "teenage crisis", I started to ask to myself "What the h*ll am i doing with my life?!" I study very hard and get nice marks, i knew i'm building my future, but what about now? Sadly i found out if i keep that way, when i'll get older and talk to my children about my  adolescence i won't have so many interesting things to tell. I'm not having fun, i'm not doing crazy stuff like only a teen can do, i felt like i live only for school. Something's missing in my life, something so big that in my opinion is the sense of life: The fun. As you can guess I belong to the category that goes to Olimpia's parties to have fun. Of couse money, searching the sense of things (like a philosopher), and doing the work i like the most are very important as well, i'm studying to be able to do the work i love (doctor) and to get some money, and the reason why i'm writting this words is to find the sense of things with you, but i think fun should come at first place. What's the sense of life if you're the richest person in the world but you don't have fun ?!
